1. Read the Conditions of Hire carefully. We have also provided some useful FAQs and a Floor Plan to assist you.
2. Complete the Online Enquiry Form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if your proposed date is available and to discuss your requirements and our charges.
3. A booking form will be emailed to you. The form contains a "Permission to Supply Alcohol" section if this is applicable to your event.
4. Submit your completed form and make payment as instructed to secure your chosen date.
Remember to allow plenty of time within your booking period to allow for setting up your event and clearing away and cleaning up afterwards. Hirers are expected to leave the hall in a clean and tidy condition and remove all rubbish at the end of their booking
